Crossbridge Part-Time Job Opportunities

Crossbridge is hiring and seeking applications for a part-time Administrative Assistant and a part-time Children’s Coordinator at our Pinecrest location. : Children’s Coordinator (20 hours)  

I. Skills

  • At least one year of professional experience in a multi-staff organization working with children
  • Exceptional communication, organizational skills and safe working practices
  • A thorough understanding of child development
  • Excellent team-based leadership abilities

II. Personality

  • Love for children
  • Extremely patient and compassionate
  • Imaginative, creative and an “Out-of-the Box” thinker
  • Highly energetic and enthusiastic

III. Tasks

  • Coordinate weekly volunteers for Nursery, Pre-K, K-5 and Check-in for both morning services
  • Equip volunteers with all needed resources (curriculum, crafts, snacks, diapers, wipes, etc.)
  • Provide communication between staff, leaders, parents and children
  • Recruit new volunteers for ministry including teens and adults
