Crossbridge is hiring and seeking applications for a part-time Administrative Assistant and a part-time Children’s Coordinator at our Pinecrest location. : Children’s Coordinator (20 hours)
I. Skills
- At least one year of professional experience in a multi-staff organization working with children
- Exceptional communication, organizational skills and safe working practices
- A thorough understanding of child development
- Excellent team-based leadership abilities
II. Personality
- Love for children
- Extremely patient and compassionate
- Imaginative, creative and an “Out-of-the Box” thinker
- Highly energetic and enthusiastic
III. Tasks
- Coordinate weekly volunteers for Nursery, Pre-K, K-5 and Check-in for both morning services
- Equip volunteers with all needed resources (curriculum, crafts, snacks, diapers, wipes, etc.)
- Provide communication between staff, leaders, parents and children
- Recruit new volunteers for ministry including teens and adults
