New Staff Members

Crossbridge is pleased to announce several new staff members that have joined us this Fall. With the growth of families we’ve been experiencing at our Pinecrest location we’ve hired a Children’s Pastor. Claude Perpignand (Pear-pin-yawn) was born in Queens, NY but has lived most of his life in Miami, Florida. Claude attended Florida State University where he earned a B.A. in Art and Education. He’s been an art teacher at the elementary school level since 2006 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Religion at Knox Theological Seminary. In 2008, he met his wife Jennifer serving in Children’s Ministry at a local church. They both have a passion for teaching children the Bible and have been training and discipling children’s ministry volunteers since 2010.

Nelly Gonzalez-Viñas is our new administrative ministry support. She has studied Business Administration & Finance from Florida International University and has a minor in Political Science and Economics. With the expansion of staff, she comes in with a strong sense of cooperation and an affective commitment to the organization. She’s a gifted networker, communicator and can multitask extremely well. Prayerfully, she’ll be able to keep all the artisans in staff on task.

Dylan Grace joins the Crossbridge team as the Media & College Pastor. Dylan attended the University of Central Florida where he earned his B.A. in education and comes to us after serving with Campus Crusade for Christ for about 3 years at the University of Miami. He’s an incredible graphic designer, videographer and has an immense passion for discipling people. He’s also one of the best freelance photographers for hire and comes to us with the hope of enhancing Crossbridge’s vision with media technology. He’s married to his wife Chevas and has two beautiful children.

Go ahead and leave a comment and give them a warm Miami welcome!!
