The FOCUS ONE is:

ONE life focused for ONE year on ONE message, to make a difference in ONE city, through the life of ONE person.

This God-dream birthed out of the desire and longing we have to truly see the gospel become REAL to us in the the way we live our lives and in-turn find its way into someone else’s life. You see, that’s what authentic Christianity is all about;  this is the kind of stuff we hope we never grow beyond! You see, an understanding of what God has done FOR and IN us, can’t help but to fully live in lieu of what God wants to do THROUGH us. Here we go again, from now on till December 2010 we’re together yielding and FOCUSED on ONE thing. That is our sermon-series for the remainder of the year, we hope you’ll join us, invite everyone  you can so that together we can continue to press on towards becoming the church God wants us to become here in the city.

The weekly 19|ONE arts forum (every Wednesday @ 7p.m. at the Pinecrest campus) is on fire! Many artists from virtually every discipline (musicians, photographers, videographers, producer, dancers, writers, sculptures, etc…) have committed to birth here an oasis “hub-type” open-dialog format forum, that’s low pressure, non-judgemental, a hyper-creative environment so artists like you can experience mutual support and collaboration by promoting one another’s geniuses and together seeking for ways to bring about positive change to this great city we live in!

You gotta check it out! There’s a new community springing up from the Beach, the Downtown areas and Brickell surroundings that’s waiting for you to join with the sole intention of seeing the “city of man” looking more like the city of God! Crossbridge Brickell is a miracle-response to the awesome prayer of so many who have long-dreamed to see a dynamic expression of a gospel-centered and authentic christian expression lived out in community right in the heart of a gorgeous yet in many ways broken part of our city.

Think about becoming part of this grass-roots catalytic movement seeking to usher Spiritual, Cultural and Social renewal here in the city.

March 23-35, Tim Keller together with the Redeemer City to City staff will be at Crossbridge Church, leading a discussion with 100+ church planters and leaders about the formation of a North American network of urban gospel-centered churches. To ensure a smooth event, we are in need of 20-30 volunteers to help set things up during the mornings and afternoons of those dates.
