We arrived at the local church and had our mobile clinic up and running by 8:30. The church was crammed with over 300 people waiting, most arriving before dawn. This is the first time a free medical clinic has ever come to this town. By noon our doctors had seen over 100 patients and our dentist had performed over 15 tooth extractions. Our team is awesome. You should see them caring for God’s children with tenderness and compassion and praying with each patient. What a privilege to be the Hands of Christ. We expect so see about 300 patients before we wrap up tonight. And the best part is, we’ll get to do it again tomorrow.

Its about 4 pm. We rotated through lunch and kept the clinic running. So far slightly more than 200 people have been treated. There are about 150 people left to be seen today. We hope to finish around 8 pm today. The clinic has been a great success. Everyone is beat.

Change in plans. We are going to finish with about 20 pending patients and see the balance in the morning. Our total for today was about 225. More to come.

Great to hear from you all ! Quick note for Joe…USA was down 1st half against SVN 2-0. Came back 2nd half 2-2 but REALLY had a third goal, so should have won. Not that significant, when you are where REAL life and our REAL God is working! Can’t wait to hear more
Go! Haiti Team, Im praying the Lord will continue blessing you all. Thanks for the blog.
Wow. What a great opportunity to serve God’s people. I’m proud of each member of the team and feel truly blessed to know that there are people like each of you who would help people living in destruction. I think it is easy for us to not think about the people of Haiti, especially when they aren’t featured on our news stations and publications. Bless you all as you help bring hope to a community of devastation. Your presence there will be noticed and I pray that you reach all you encounter in a precious and special way.
